AegisCore AI™ — The Crown Jewel White Paper
The full architectural and governance thesis behind AegisCore AI™ and the AISPG™ framework.
Enterprises are accelerating AI across multiple clouds, models, autonomous agents, identities, pipelines and third-party security technologies — but the information stays fragmented across vendors, tools, governance systems and business teams. That gap sits between AI investment and justified confidence that the environment is governed, secured and operating within its controls. Blue Sentinel AI is developing AegisCore AI™ to close it.
We do not simply collect alerts. We aim to transform fragmented security and governance signals into traceable assurance conclusions and actionable decisions.
View Interactive Prototype →Status: these are the frameworks AISPG™ control mappings are designed against. They are not certifications, authorizations or attestations currently held by Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 are in progress; FedRAMP Moderate and DoD IL4/IL5 describe architecture alignment targets for deployment models, not awarded authorizations. Current status is published in the Trust Center.
We bring their intelligence together, validate the controls, and give you one unified assurance view of your entire AI ecosystem.
One AI Ecosystem.
One Unified Security and Governance Plane.
One Continuous Assurance Engine.
Beyond Single-Vendor Security. Enterprise-Wide AI Assurance.
We Unify Your Security Stack. Validate Your Controls. Assure Your AI Posture.
The Intelligence of Your Entire AI Ecosystem. The Assurance of Every Control. The Clarity of One Platform.
Every enterprise is investing in AI, but its security intelligence is fragmented across clouds, security vendors, applications, models, autonomous agents and governance systems. Blue Sentinel AI was designed to solve that fragmentation.
AegisCore AI™ brings that intelligence into one centralised, multi-cloud, vendor-agnostic security and governance experience — and then evaluates it through AISPG™, connecting security signals to controls, evidence, assurance outcomes and enterprise posture. Organisations move beyond seeing alerts to understanding whether their AI security controls are effective, where governance is failing, whether the supporting evidence is trustworthy, and what needs to be addressed.
We are not trying to replace Microsoft, AWS, Google, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Cisco or ServiceNow. Our objective is to make the enterprise’s existing technology investments work together through one independent, AI-centric assurance layer.
Blue Sentinel AI unifies the intelligence. AISPG™ defines the assurance. AegisCore AI™ operationalises it.
How raw enterprise noise becomes one number a board can act on. The Assurance Chain is the doctrine beneath both models — every layer of AISPG™ and AegisCore AI™ exists to move your AI estate one stage further along it.
Telemetry from your existing CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, XDR, SIEM and IAM — fused with native AI discovery across every model, agent, pipeline and non-human identity.
L2 · L4Policy-as-code enforcement mapped to 40+ regulatory frameworks, with named ownership and every exception governed from request through expiration.
L3Audit-ready proof accumulating continuously from first ingestion — not assembled in a panic the week before an audit.
L3 · AISPG™ L6Adversarial testing that proves the controls actually hold. Everyone else stops at evidence. We attack it — inside an isolated sandbox, mapped to MITRE ATLAS.
L1 · AI Security LabOne Secure Posture Score, refreshed on a 60-second target cycle, with every governed AI surface resolving to Governed, Degraded, Missing or Unknown.
L5 · Command CenterAssurance is the stage the market skips. Most platforms move signal straight to evidence and call it posture — which means the score reflects what your controls claim, not what they withstand. AISPG™ puts adversarial validation between the two.
Governance architecture, standards stewardship, a continuous operating model, a posture methodology, and the technology that runs it. Each layer has one job, and each depends on the one above it — from doctrine and standards through execution, evidence, assurance and real-time posture.
The governing architecture and authority. Establishes the seven governance layers, policy objectives, control framework and assurance requirements across eight governed AI surfaces.
The Artificial Intelligence Governance Standards Board — the standards, conformance and stewardship authority. Governs how the architecture is interpreted, versioned, assessed and consistently applied.
The AI Security Governance Operating System — the continuous operating model within AISPG™. Defines how governance requirements actually function: how signals are collected, controls applied, evidence generated and accountable action initiated.
Signal → Control → Evidence → Assurance → Posture. The operational logic that turns enterprise reality into a defensible security and governance position.
The technology platform. Five architecture layers that execute the doctrine across the enterprise AI estate, integrating the security stack you already run.
AISPG™ defines what must be governed. AIGSB™ establishes and protects the standards by which governance and conformance are evaluated. AISGOS™ continuously coordinates AI security and governance across the enterprise. The Assurance Chain determines whether controls and evidence are trustworthy enough to establish posture. AegisCore AI™ operationalizes the entire architecture through enterprise technology.
AISGOS™ is what moves the enterprise from “the control says it is working” to “we possess sufficient evidence and assurance to demonstrate that the control is working.” It coordinates security telemetry, identity, policy, controls, evidence, threat and risk intelligence, cloud governance, runtime conditions, exceptions, assurance, posture, remediation and response — across the existing enterprise stack rather than replacing it.
AIGSB™ — Artificial Intelligence Governance Standards Board is the founder-owned standards and governance-stewardship concept associated with AISPG™. It describes how the framework is intended to be interpreted, versioned, assessed and consistently applied, so it can mature without fragmenting into conflicting implementations or unverifiable claims of conformance.
Status disclosure. AIGSB™ is a designed governance concept, not an operating body. Blue Sentinel AI does not claim accreditation, independent certification authority, an operational certification board, or any issued credential. No examinations are administered, no credentials are issued, and no conformance assessments are performed under this concept today. It is published here to describe intended stewardship design, and it carries no governmental or regulatory authority.
Stewardship domains the concept defines
A controlled process model for defining, reviewing, updating and publishing AISPG™ standards — evidence-driven, version-controlled, and subject to structured technical review, so standards do not change arbitrarily yet can still evolve.
The principle: conformance should be demonstrable, not declarative.
An organization would not be considered aligned simply because it references a framework; it would need to demonstrate that applicable requirements, controls and evidence expectations have actually been satisfied.
A described model for competency standards against the AISPG™ body of knowledge. No certification programme is in operation, no examinations are administered and no credentials are issued.
Principles for how authorized education, instructors and curricula would be governed, so practitioners learn against a controlled and current body of knowledge rather than inconsistent third-party interpretations.
Described mechanisms for ethics, conflicts of interest, standards interpretation and corrective action. Any credible standards ecosystem needs a way to resolve disputes; this defines the intended shape of one.
A formal model for what changes, why, when, on what evidence, which version becomes authoritative, what transition applies, and how prior implementations are treated — increasingly important as agentic architectures and AI regulation evolve.
Standards define the expected state. Operations generate the evidence. Assurance determines whether the evidence can be trusted. Posture communicates the result. That chain is what connects the AIGSB™ stewardship concept to AISGOS™ and The Assurance Chain: every claim is intended to resolve through Controls → Evidence → Validation → Assurance rather than assertion.
Ownership. AIGSB™ is the intellectual property of the Founder and is licensed to Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. alongside AISPG™ and AISGOS™. It is not a product, not a separate company, and not a regulatory authority.
Blue Sentinel AI has developed AegisCore AI™ — the first platform built on the AISPG™ framework, purpose-built to secure, govern, and continuously manage the entire enterprise AI ecosystem. AegisCore AI™ is architected on the proprietary, AISPG™ Framework — Blue Sentinel AI's AI Security and Governance model designed specifically for the AI era. Rather than deploying a dozen disconnected security, governance, compliance, and operational tools, organizations get one intelligent, centralized operating platform for CISOs, AI leaders, security teams, risk teams, GRC teams, compliance teams, and executive leadership alike.
The AISPG™ Framework — seven governance layers
AISPG™ is the foundational framework. AegisCore AI™ is the platform that operationalizes it. Blue Sentinel AI is the company bringing both to the enterprise AI security market. See the full AISPG™ Framework →
The Integration Doctrine. We do not eliminate cloud security tools. We integrate with them — CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, XDR, SIEM, IAM — strategically and tactically, as the specific data sources that feed one unified enterprise AI Security and AI GRC platform. What AegisCore AI™ eliminates is the other GRC tools and platforms — only those. Never the cloud security tools.
Security, risk, GRC, and executive teams work from the same live view — not five different dashboards.
Every posture check, control, and incident resolves to a single, consistent record — no reconciling conflicting tools.
From discovery through retirement, the entire AI lifecycle is managed, secured, and governed in one place.
The foundational AI ecosystem components we unify
Every discipline that runs on top of it
Simply put, Blue Sentinel AI becomes the enterprise command center for AI — one platform to discover, secure, govern, monitor, manage, and operationalize the entire AI ecosystem. This proprietary architecture is what establishes an entirely new category for enterprise AI security.
Every posture domain streams into one alert console — triaged by severity, correlated by the XDR engine, and routed before analysts ever have to go looking for it.

See it inside the platform →Enterprise AI adoption has outpaced enterprise AI security by a wide margin. Large language models, autonomous agents, and AI-native applications are shipping without the controls, governance, or monitoring built to protect them — and conventional cloud security tools like CNAPP, CSPM, SIEM, and GRC platforms have no visibility into any of it.
Malicious instructions embedded in inputs or external content hijack model behavior to exfiltrate data or trigger unauthorized actions.
Crafted prompts bypass safety guardrails, causing models to produce harmful, biased, or policy-violating outputs.
Adversarial manipulation of training data or fine-tuning pipelines embeds backdoors and biases into production models.
Inputs engineered to cause misclassification, evasion, or incorrect outputs at inference time, undetected by traditional controls.
Compromised model weights, datasets, and third-party dependencies enter production through ungoverned model repositories.
Autonomous agents with excessive permissions take unauthorized actions across enterprise systems and data.
The capability gap is structural, not incremental. CNAPP, CSPM, SIEM, and SOAR platforms were designed to secure servers, networks, and applications — not inference behavior, model lifecycles, or agentic decision-making. Regulatory regimes including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving SEC AI disclosure rules now require enterprises to govern what those tools cannot even see.
The seven AISPG™ governance domains describe what must be governed. The five AegisCore AI™ platform modules describe the software that operationalizes that governance. They are different dimensions of one system — and conflating them is the most common way AI security architecture is misread.

How the two meet — ecosystem to posture
We integrate; we do not demand replacement. CNAPP, CSPM, XDR, EDR, SIEM, IAM and provider-native controls are distinct technologies with real capabilities of their own, and customer-authorized provider-native enforcement remains with those providers. AegisCore AI™ is designed to add a governance and assurance layer across them — reconciling their outputs into one AI-security context — not to duplicate them or to claim they lack security value.
Blue Sentinel AI is organized into five integrated architecture layers, unified by the XDR correlation engine and surfaced in a single real-time Secure Posture Score — from the SOC analyst to the board of directors.
Enterprise AI Security & GRC Command Center — centralized, real-time operational command across AI Security, Governance, GRC, Risk, Compliance and AI posture, aggregating threat exposure, vulnerability backlog, and governance control failures into one Secure Posture Score, refreshed on a 60-second target cycle, with board-ready reporting generated automatically. Every AI surface resolves to one of four states — Governed, Degraded, Missing, or Unknown — so leadership always knows not just the score, but exactly which surfaces are driving it.
A continuously updated inventory of every model, agent, pipeline, and AI service — with behavioral baselining, drift detection, and non-human identity governance for the credentials AI systems use.
Unified AI Security & GRC Command Center — one centralized operational view across AI Security, Governance, GRC, Risk, Compliance, and enterprise AI posture, eliminating fragmented tools, disconnected teams, and siloed risk views. A framework mapping engine ties controls to 40+ regulatory frameworks; policy-as-code enforces standards automatically — with a centralized Policy Exception Management framework governing every waiver from request through expiration.
We don't replace your cloud security stack — we integrate with it. Our AI-native XDR engine continuously correlates telemetry, risk, posture, governance, identity, and runtime activity from your existing CSPM, CWPP & CIEM tools, fusing it with our native AI-specific layer — eliminating alert fatigue by correlating every signal into prioritized, unified incidents. An XDR-powered AI SOC and threat graph connect cloud, identity, and AI telemetry into one investigable timeline, with automated investigation, SOAR-driven response, and real-time containment. The Cloud Policy Plane shows what Azure, AWS, and GCP actually enforce — assignment, scope, inheritance, and cross-provider conflicts — not what the policy document says they should.
The platform's strongest differentiator: a purpose-built environment combining offensive and defensive AI security in one place — continuous red team operations, adversarial testing, attack simulation, and deception operations, paired with automated defensive hardening that closes what the red team finds. Every test runs inside an extremely isolated sandbox, with limited to no logical or physical connectivity to production — using point-in-time snapshots of your production databases and data sources, prioritized against your top 5 Tier 0 critical AI workloads, with optional CI/CD pipeline integration for testing before every deployment — powered by six purpose-built AI models, mapped to MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP LLM Top 10. Microsoft has no equivalent.
Aggregates threat exposure, vulnerability backlog & governance control failures into one Secure Posture Score — refreshed on a 60-second target cycle, board-ready.
Continuously updated inventory of every model, agent, pipeline & AI service — behavioral baselining, drift detection & non-human identity governance.
Automated compliance keeps every obligation continuously satisfied — 40+ regulatory frameworks mapped, policy-as-code enforced, exceptions governed end to end.
We don't replace your cloud security stack — we integrate with it. XDR continuously correlates telemetry, risk, posture & identity from your existing tools with our native AI-specific layer.
The platform's strongest differentiator — offensive & defensive AI security in one place, tested inside an isolated sandbox against snapshots, never touching production. Microsoft has no equivalent.

AISPG™ (Artificial Intelligence Security & Policy Governance) is Blue Sentinel AI's proprietary framework — the AI Security and Governance model designed specifically for the AI era. It is the AI-centric governing umbrellan AegisCore AI™ is architected on — seven first-class governance layers, one cross-cutting AI Security Lab, and one continuously derived Posture State across eight governed AI surfaces.
Seven first-class governance layers
Cross-cutting foundation — eight governed AI surfaces
AISPG™ governs above and across the specialized security stack — it does not replace it. The seven layers don't operate as separate tools. A single governing umbrella sits over Zero Trust, CNAPP, XDR, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, GRC, and cloud-native controls, correlating security, governance, control, evidence, runtime, and risk state across all seven layers and all eight governed AI surfaces into one continuously derived posture. One governance layer. One policy fabric. One source of assurance.
Within that architecture, AISGOS™ — the AI Security Governance Operating System — is the continuous operating model. It coordinates AI security, policy governance, control execution, evidence intelligence, assurance, risk, posture, remediation and accountable response across the complete enterprise AI ecosystem, so governance authority and continuous security execution operate as one system rather than two. See the doctrine stack →
The AI threat model AISPG™ defends against
Malicious instructions embedded in inputs or external content hijack model behavior.
Adversarial manipulation of training data or fine-tuning pipelines embeds backdoors.
Autonomous agents with excessive permissions take unauthorized actions.
Multi-step agent workflows manipulated or hijacked mid-execution.
Fabricated or cloned non-human identities used to impersonate legitimate AI systems.
Models or agents used as a covert channel to move sensitive data out.
Unpredictable model or agent behavior that wasn't explicitly programmed or tested for.
Third-party tool and plugin integrations used as an attack surface into the model.
Implementation blueprint
Discover every AI asset, model, agent & identity across the enterprise and map it against the five AISPG™ domains.
Stand up the AISPG™ control plane, connecting cloud, identity & application layers into one correlated view.
Codify policy-as-code, assign ownership, and activate continuous risk scoring across every domain.
Move to steady-state — real-time detection, automated remediation & board-ready reporting.

Zero Trust, CNAPP, SSPM & IAM each secure one slice of the stack. AISPG™ is the framework built to unify them for AI specifically — which is why we integrate with your existing tools in each of those categories rather than replacing them.
The zero-competition architecture. Not one of Microsoft, Wiz, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Google, Saviynt, or Rapticore covers all five layers. None covers L1 at all — Microsoft covers 0 of 10 core L1 capabilities. Copilot assists analysts; it does not adversarially test or govern your AI.
Committed Roadmap — Named Gaps, Dated. AISPG™ covers the AI ecosystem end to end today — but we'd rather name what's still being built than let you find the gap yourself. These three are scoped, dated, and in active development.
Extending Supply Chain Integrity coverage upstream into the training and fine-tuning pipeline itself, not just deployed model artifacts.
Dedicated isolation controls for shared inference infrastructure, closing the gap between workload-level and infrastructure-level tenancy risk.
Hard boundaries on what a fully autonomous agent workflow can affect downstream, independent of the permissions it was granted.

Secure the AI-native products you ship to customers — model inventory, supply chain integrity, and SOC 2-ready evidence, without slowing engineering velocity.
Five problems that recur in every enterprise AI program — and the layers that resolve them.
The problem: Unregistered models, copilots, and agents accumulate between reviews. Nobody has a current inventory.
How it resolves: L4 AI Threat Observatory continuously discovers every model, agent, pipeline and AI service — including what was never registered — and feeds it into the posture score.
The problem: Autonomous agents hold broad permissions, chain tool calls, and act without human review at each step.
How it resolves: AISPG™ L3 Agentic Governance sets policy and guardrails; L4 baselines behavior and flags drift; L1 adversarially tests agent hijack and privilege escalation paths.
The problem: High-risk classification and conformity assessment obligations, with evidence required — and no system collecting it.
How it resolves: L3 maps controls to the EU AI Act alongside 40+ other frameworks, collects audit-ready evidence from first ingestion, and surfaces gaps on the Regulatory Risk Heat Map.
The problem: Model weights, checkpoints, datasets, and third-party dependencies enter production without provenance verification.
How it resolves: L1 Model Artifact Integrity verifies artifacts against known-good signatures; continuous provenance checks run on weights, datasets and dependencies before deployment.
The problem: Service accounts, API keys, tokens and machine credentials used by AI systems are governed like generic infrastructure identities — or not at all.
How it resolves: AISPG™ L1 AI Identity Governance plus native NHI governance in the platform's L2 layer, with access control audit and least-privilege enforcement in L4.
Every enterprise now has an AI strategy. Almost none has a coherent AI security and governance strategy. The gap is not a tooling gap — it is an architectural one. The instruments enterprises are reaching for were built for a world where software did not hold credentials, make decisions, or act on its own behalf.
Fragmentation
Disconnected tools attempting to address AI risk across posture, model behaviour, access, compliance and executive reporting. No shared data model, no shared risk taxonomy, no shared remediation workflow.
Invisibility
More AI assets discovered on first scan than the IT inventory predicted. You cannot govern what you cannot see, and shadow AI is where the uncontrolled data exposure lives.
Misalignment
Separate functions — CISO, SOC, GRC, Risk — each reading a different dashboard, each answering the same board question differently, none able to reconcile the others.
Manual burden
Per quarter, typical, on manual evidence collection for AI-related audit scope — before any harmonisation across overlapping frameworks.
Legacy GRC and cloud security platforms were architected for infrastructure and applications, then extended with an AI module. The underlying data model still describes servers and identities, not models, agents, prompts, embeddings and non-human credentials. Blue Sentinel AI's risk data model was designed around AI assets from inception — which is why a single control can be evaluated identically across Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, Claude and a self-hosted Llama fine-tune.
A live Security Posture State across eight continuously assessed domains, and a Secure Posture Score that quantifies programme maturity. The state drives alerting and escalation in seconds; the score drives board reporting and trend. The CISO, the SOC, GRC, Risk and the auditor all read from the same risk data model rather than four reconciled exports.
Most vendors sit on one side of the line: cloud security platforms detect but do not govern; GRC platforms document but do not detect. Blue Sentinel AI closes the loop — an adversarial test failure becomes a control failure, becomes a workflow ticket, becomes audit evidence, becomes a change in the board's posture score, without leaving the platform.
Most platforms in this space reached their capability surface by acquisition — which leaves the buyer carrying the consequences: multiple data models stitched together, inconsistent policy engines, duplicate licensing, hidden technical debt and a user experience that changes shape between modules. Blue Sentinel AI was built as one system from day one: one architecture, one data model, one policy engine, one source of truth, one experience. That is not a feature an incumbent can ship in a release — it is a structural property they cannot retrofit.
Every control an enterprise enforces gets excepted eventually — for a migration, a legacy model, a business deadline. Without a system of record those exceptions become invisible risk. Blue Sentinel AI treats each as a tracked object with an owner, residual risk score, compensating control, expiry date and audit trail, so the posture score reflects reality rather than policy on paper.
Of the five layers, three are the ones an evaluator cannot assemble from incumbent tooling at any price. They are where the platform is structurally, not incrementally, different.
Centralized, real-time operational command across AI Security, Governance, GRC, Risk, Compliance and AI posture. Incumbents deliver a security console or a governance console. This is one console that commands both — CISO, SOC, GRC, Risk and the board reading from a single risk data model, refreshed continuously rather than reconciled quarterly.
Security platforms detect but do not govern. GRC platforms document but do not detect. This layer closes the loop: an adversarial finding becomes a control failure, a workflow ticket, audit evidence and a movement in the posture score without leaving the platform — with policy exceptions governed as tracked objects rather than invisible gaps.
Continuous, always-on adversarial testing against live models and agents, with zero logical or physical production connectivity. Not an annual engagement and not a separate vendor — every finding converts automatically into defensive hardening and feeds the live threat surface, closing test-to-detection inside one platform.
The most expensive objection in enterprise security is "we just bought that." Blue Sentinel AI is architected so the answer is never rip-and-replace. Your existing cloud security investments become data sources — each one gaining the AI-specific context it was never built to see.
| Your existing tooling | What it does today | What it gains through Blue Sentinel AI |
|---|---|---|
| CSPM · CWPP · CIEM | Operates in silos, blind to AI-specific risk | Correlated with AI-specific context — model, agent, prompt and runtime signal fused into the same posture view |
| DSPM | Sensitive data scattered across buckets and warehouses, no AI context | Visibility into sensitive data flowing into and out of every model and prompt |
| Kubernetes & container security | Bolted-on scanner, disconnected from cloud posture | Unified into the same AI-aware posture view rather than a parallel console |
| CDR / EDR | Hours or days between compromise and discovery | Correlated in real time inside the same unified console |
| IaC scanning | Misconfigurations shipped in Terraform and CloudFormation, caught after deployment | AI infrastructure misconfigurations flagged before they reach production |
| SIEM · SOAR · XDR | Alert streams that cannot be correlated across tools | One XDR engine correlates every connected source into a single prioritized incident |
| IAM · PAM | AI credentials treated like generic service accounts | Purpose-built non-human identity governance for AI credentials, keys and autonomous agents |
| GRC · ITSM | Control failures surface months later, during audit | Failures routed the moment they break, with evidence attached and ownership assigned |
AI systems evolve every minute — models update, agents act autonomously, pipelines drift and runtimes change continuously. Traditional cloud security tools were built for static infrastructure; they cannot see, score or govern AI. Blue Sentinel AI is organised as five integrated layers, L5 through L1, purpose-built for CISOs, security, risk and GRC teams.
Centralized, real-time operational command across AI Security, Governance, GRC, Risk, Compliance and AI posture — one authoritative view of the enterprise AI ecosystem.
Why it differentiates: no other platform gives the CISO, the SOC, GRC, Risk and the board a single operational command surface. Incumbents deliver a security console or a governance console — never one console that commands both, from one risk data model, in real time.
A continuously updated inventory of every model, agent, pipeline and AI service — with behavioral baselining, drift detection and non-human identity governance for the credentials AI systems use.
One centralized operational view across AI Security, Governance, GRC, Risk, Compliance and enterprise AI posture — eliminating fragmented tools, disconnected teams and siloed risk views.
Why it differentiates: security platforms detect but do not govern; GRC platforms document but do not detect. This layer closes the loop — an adversarial finding becomes a control failure, a workflow ticket, audit evidence and a change in the board’s posture score without leaving the platform. Policy exceptions are a governed object with an owner, residual risk, compensating control and expiry, not an invisible gap.
Integrates with your existing CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, DSPM and KSPM tools, fusing cloud posture with AI-specific telemetry into one correlated signal.
A purpose-built offensive and defensive AI security environment for continuous adversarial testing and automated hardening — a capability the major cloud security suites do not ship as part of their platforms.
Why it differentiates: continuous, always-on offensive testing against live models and agents — with zero production connectivity — is not something conventional cloud security suites ship. Every finding converts automatically into defensive hardening and feeds the live threat surface, closing test-to-detection inside one platform.
A cross-cutting foundation beneath all five layers. Concentric rings of independent controls — compromise of one does not breach the next.
A closed-loop operating model that connects detection to executive alignment in minutes, not weeks.
Blue Sentinel AI replaces dozens of point tools with one unified platform.
Enterprises assembling an AI security and governance capability today are choosing between four categories of incumbent. Each solves part of the problem well. None was architected to solve all of it, and the integration cost between them exceeds the marginal capability advantage of any one.

Comparison describes typical conventional cloud security tooling as commonly deployed, at the category level. Individual vendor capability varies and moves; buyers should validate current state directly.
A single quantified posture score with peer benchmarking, breach impact and regulatory fine exposure modelling, a regulatory heat map by framework and business unit, and remediation ROI measured in score points per engineering hour. The question "how exposed are we on AI?" gets one defensible answer instead of four partial ones.
Live alerting by AI domain with kill-chain context, risk-routed remediation with enforced SLAs, continuous control monitoring between audit cycles, automated evidence collection, and a governed exception register. The people doing the work operate in the same system the board reports from.
Where conventional stacks take 12–18 months of tool integration to reach a defensible posture, Blue Sentinel AI delivers a 30-day baseline and controls live at 90 days.

Architecture Targets · Design Scope
Module, domain, surface and framework counts describe the designed architecture. The test figure is
internal engineering qualification evidence from the v2.7.0-qc29 development line, source commit of record b2c0e35 (18 October 2026) over the independently reviewed v2.5.5 frozen baseline —
it evidences the build, not general availability, production certification, live customer adoption or
qualified live connectors. Integration, posture-check and playbook counts are
architecture targets, not shipped inventory.
A security company that overstates its own maturity has already failed the brief. Every material capability claim on this site is classified against the evidence that actually supports it. These are the categories, and what each one means.
Verified operating against a real external system with real credentials, under qualification conditions.
Executed and evidenced inside a controlled engineering environment, without live customer data.
A working interface driven by synthetic, deterministic sample data rather than a connected environment.
Designed, specified and dimensioned — the intended end state, not shipped inventory.
Committed direction with a named target, not yet built.
Asserted but not independently substantiated. Nothing on this site should carry this label; where it would, the claim was removed instead.
Pre-general-availability disclosure. AegisCore AI™ is in development. Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. does not currently claim general availability, production certification, live customer deployments, or qualified live connector operation. The engineering figures cited are internal qualification evidence of the build — they evidence that the software does what the tests assert, not that it is operating in a customer environment. No certifications, authorizations or government hosting approvals are held; framework names on this site denote control-mapping targets.
The last figure is the one that matters, so we publish it. A declared contract and a registered adapter are engineering artefacts; neither is evidence that a connector has run against a real tenant with real credentials. Until that figure moves, no integration on this site is described as live.
Missing evidence is never treated as a pass. The Assurance Chain exists precisely so that an absent control, a stale artefact or an unobserved asset resolves to MISSING or UNKNOWN — never silently to compliant. Unknown is itself a governance condition.
Blue Sentinel AI works as a platform, or alongside your team as embedded expertise — however your organization is ready to mature its AI governance program.

You are evaluating a security company. That means our own posture is part of your diligence — not an afterthought. This is what we do, how we prove it, and where we are in the certification process. We publish status honestly, including what is still in progress.
Certification status — published honestly
| Standard | Scope | Status |
|---|---|---|
| SOC 2 Type II | Platform & operations | In progress |
| ISO/IEC 27001 | Information security management | In progress |
| ISO/IEC 42001 | AI management system | In progress |
| FedRAMP Moderate | Government deployment | Planned — architecture aligned |
| DoD IL4 / IL5 | Defense deployment | Planned — architecture aligned |
| GDPR / CCPA | Data protection practices | Operating |
We publish certification status rather than implying coverage we do not yet hold. “Architecture aligned” means the deployment model meets the technical control requirements; it does not claim an authorization we have not received.

Why evidence without adversarial validation is not assurance, and what closes the gap.
Both papers describe reference and target architecture. Capability and posture outcomes are design targets, not measurements of a live customer environment.
We integrate with your cloud security stack — we don't ask you to replace it. The ingestion contract declares 49 vendor integrations, enforced in code and validated by the test suite, with 46 registered adapters. They are designed to pull bi-directional signal from the tools you already run, with no vendor lock-in. Connector coverage at general availability is a designed target, not current verified coverage. To make enterprise AI governable — by giving every organization one framework, one platform, and one number that tells the truth about their AI risk.
A world where no enterprise deploys AI it cannot see, cannot govern, and cannot defend — where AI security posture is as measurable, as continuous, and as board-legible as financial position.
Five operating values — each with a test
Claims are demonstrable or they are not made.
We add the layer that is missing. We do not ask customers to tear out what works.
We publish what we do not yet cover, with dates.
We assume our own controls fail, and test them.
Fragmentation is the enemy. Every number reconciles to one place.

Investor relations →You don’t have to take any of this on faith. A Proof of Value is individually scoped and qualified with your team, runs against your own environment and models, and ends with a decision made on your own evidence. Scope, duration, commercial terms and the decision date are agreed in writing before work begins.
We inventory every model, agent, pipeline, and non-human identity across your estate — including the shadow AI nobody registered — and produce your baseline Secure Posture Score.
The AI Security Lab runs adversarial testing against your own models and agents inside an isolated sandbox — never touching production — mapped to MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP LLM Top 10.
A board-ready session: what was found, framework coverage against the regulations you answer to, and an illustrative modelled exposure range from the Breach Impact Modeler (scenario tool; assumptions disclosed and editable).
Scope, terms and the decision date are fixed before work begins. You decide with your own data in front of you — not a vendor projection.
The seven objections we hear most, answered directly.
Keep them. Cloud security stops at the infrastructure layer — models, agents, non-human identities, MCP/A2A endpoints, and model artifacts all sit outside a CNAPP or XDR graph. AegisCore AI™ correlates their telemetry and adds the layers none of them cover: adversarial testing (L1), governance with evidence (L3), and one posture score (L5). Additive, not rip-and-replace.
Discovery usually says otherwise. Shadow AI, unregistered agents, and orphaned service identities accumulate between reviews. The first two weeks of a pilot produce the inventory most organizations have never had — and governance is far cheaper to establish before scale than after.
A policy without enforcement and evidence is a document. L3 maps each policy to the frameworks you answer to, with control ownership and audit-ready evidence. The Cloud Policy Plane then shows what each cloud actually enforces versus what the policy says it should.
They already do. The EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, DORA, and NY DFS turn best practice into audit findings. Compliance is an AegisCore AI™ output, not a prerequisite — evidence accumulates from first ingestion, and the readout shows your framework coverage.
A team can build a dashboard. It cannot replicate an adversarial testing lab, the designed target of 1,500+ posture checks and 400+ remediation playbooks, and 40+ framework mappings — and keep all of them current as models, agents, and regulations change.
Start with the pilot. It begins with discovery and a baseline Secure Posture Score. The decision date and conversion pricing are agreed up front, so there's nothing to negotiate at the end — only a decision to make with the evidence in hand.
A Proof of Value is scoped to your environment, and the Breach Impact Modeler produces an illustrative modelled exposure range from inputs you control — a scenario tool, not a prediction or a measured result. Most customers fund the platform from the point tools it consolidates — the ROI case is built on your numbers, not ours.
Bring your AI estate. We'll show you what it looks like governed, protected, and reported on — in one platform.
