Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. website, documentation, interactive tools, and any evaluation, pilot, or trial access to the AegisCore AI™ platform. Production use of the platform is governed by a separately executed master subscription or services agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

2. Eligibility and authority

The services are offered to businesses and their authorized personnel. By accepting these terms you represent that you are at least 18 and have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the website and any evaluation materials solely for your organization's internal evaluation and business purposes.

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or derivation of source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• No resale, sublicensing, or provision of the services to third parties as a service bureau
• No use to build a competing product, or to benchmark for publication without our written consent
• No circumvention of access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• No use of adversarial testing capabilities against systems you do not own or are not expressly authorized to test

5. Intellectual property

The AISPG™ framework (Artificial Intelligence Security & Policy Governance), together with the AISGOS™ operating model and the AIGSB™ standards-stewardship concept, is the independent intellectual property of the Founder and is licensed to Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. It is not owned by, and does not transfer to, the Company.

All rights in the AegisCore AI™ platform, its software, documentation, diagrams and related commercial materials remain the exclusive property of Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. AegisCore AI™ is a trademark of Blue Sentinel AI, Inc.; AISPG™, AISGOS™ and AIGSB™ are marks of the Founder used under licence. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party’s intellectual property.

6. Customer data

You retain all right, title, and interest in data you or your organization submit. We process it only to provide the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum. We do not use customer data to train shared or third-party models.

7. Evaluation and pilot terms

Enterprise Proof of Value engagements are individually scoped and qualified. Commercial terms — including scope, duration, any applicable fees, conversion pricing and decision date — agreed in writing before commencement. Evaluation access is provided as-is, without service level commitments, and may be modified or withdrawn.

8. Service levels

Availability commitments, support tiers, and remedies for production subscriptions are set out in the applicable master agreement and service level schedule. No service level applies to this website or to evaluation access.

9. Confidentiality

Non-public materials provided to you, including architecture documentation, pricing, and pilot findings, are confidential and may be used only for evaluation purposes and disclosed only to personnel with a need to know who are bound by equivalent obligations.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and evaluation materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No security platform eliminates all risk; outputs including posture scores and modelled exposure ranges are decision-support aids and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, legal advice, or a certification of compliance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability arising from website or evaluation use is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability under a signed master agreement is governed by that agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your use of adversarial testing capabilities against systems you were not authorized to test.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Export and sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the services in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a restricted party under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
